Cosmos Bloom Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29/06/2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cosmos Bloom (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Who We Are
Developer / Publisher name: Muhammad Mujahid
Contact email: mujahidgrand5@gmail.com
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how the App handles information, you can reach us using the contact details above.
2. Summary: What We Collect
Cosmos Bloom is designed to work entirely on your device. In its current version, the App:
Does NOT require you to create an account or sign in
Does NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers
Does NOT collect your location
Does NOT contain advertising
Does NOT include any real-money in-app purchases (a purchase framework exists in the code for future use but is not active and cannot be used to spend money)
Does NOT use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
Does NOT share any information with third parties, because no personal information is collected to share
All gameplay data described below is stored locally on your device only, using Android's standard local storage (“shared preferences”). It is never transmitted to us, to Google, or to any other party.
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
To let you keep your progress between play sessions, the App saves the following information directly on your device:
Your high scores for each level
Which levels you have unlocked and your star ratings
Your sound and music on/off preferences
A “bloom progress” value reflecting how far you've advanced
This information stays on your device. It is not linked to your identity, is not uploaded to any server we operate, and is automatically deleted if you uninstall the App or clear its storage from your device settings.
4. Permissions
Cosmos Bloom requests the minimum permissions necessary to function. The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other sensitive device permission.
If you later add features (push notifications, leaderboards, ads, or analytics), list the new permissions and data types here, and update this section, your Data Safety form, and your in-app disclosures together before releasing the update.
5. Children's Privacy
Cosmos Bloom is designed to be suitable for a general audience, including children, and does not target children specifically as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or similar regulations, unless otherwise declared in our Play Console content settings.
Because the App does not collect personal information from any user, including children, no personal information is knowingly collected from children under 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through the App, please contact us using the details in Section 1 and we will take appropriate steps to address the concern.
6. Data Security
Because the App does not transmit personal information to external servers, the primary security consideration is the data stored locally on your device. We recommend keeping your device's operating system updated and using your device's built-in security features (such as a screen lock) to protect locally stored app data.
7. Third-Party Services
The current version of the App does not integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social login providers. If this changes in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be revised in advance of that update, and the new third-party services, the categories of data they process, and links to their own privacy policies will be listed in this section.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Because no personal data is collected by us, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our servers. You can clear all locally stored game data at any time by:
Uninstalling the App, or
Clearing the App's storage/cache through your device's Settings → Apps → Cosmos Bloom → Storage
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with specific data protection rights (such as GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), and you believe we hold personal information about you, you may contact us using the details in Section 1 to make a request.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features that involve data collection. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Contact Us
If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us at: mujahidgrand5@gmail.com
End of publishable privacy policy text. Everything above the line under Part 2 is meant to be copied onto your public webpage. Everything below this point (Part 3) is internal guidance for filling out the Play Console Data Safety form — it does not need to be published.
Part 3 — Data Safety Form Guide (Play Console)
Google cross-checks your Data Safety form against your privacy policy text. The answers below are written to match Part 2 exactly, based on the app as currently built (local-only storage, no network calls, no ads, no analytics, no accounts). If you add any feature that sends data off the device, update both this form and the policy before submitting your update — mismatches are a common cause of rejection or listing removal.
Does your app collect or share any of the required user data types?
Answer: No
Select “No data collected” if Play Console offers that option, since the app does not transmit any data to you or to third parties. Local-only storage via shared_preferences does not count as “collection” under Google's definition, because nothing leaves the device.
